Meaning, nature and structure of law in general; origin and evolution of law; theories and concepts of law; different legal systems; sources of law; application and interpretation of law; content of various laws; some important legal principles; relationship among different types of law; relationship between law and other related disciplines; law in daily life and legal practice including ethics of the legal profession.

40103 Agricultural Law

Meaning, characteristics and structure of law; background knowledge of the development of law; law enforcement; essence of different laws; laws related to daily life and laws related to agriculture such as Cooperative Acts, Collective Land Codes, Agricultural Land Reform Act.

40205 Business Law

Fundamental principles of law; sources of law; different kinds of law; application, cancellation and interpretation of law; the general principles of the Civil and Commercial laws concerning persons, juristic acts, contracts, debts, obligations and torts; principles of partnership and company laws including laws relating to specific contracts.

41201 Public Law

Definition and principles of public law with emphasis on constitutional law including concepts of the state, governmental systems, heads of state, divisions of power, democratic use of power, and policies of the state; civil rights and civil liberties compared with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights; judicial review and amendment of the constitution.
Constitution law; organic law; political party law; administrative law including state administration; the theories of centralization and decentralization of power; division of administrative responsibility, public services; relationship between public officials and the state; control of public official discretion and concepts of administrative court.

41211 Civil law I: Person, Juristic Acts and Contracts

The law of persons: commencement and dissolution of a person, capacity, domicile and juristic person.
The law of juristic acts: definition, characteristics and form of juristic acts; display of intention; validity of juristic acts; conditions and time of juristic acts; periods of time and prescription.
The law of contracts: formation of contracts, effect of contracts, rescission of contracts, earnest and stipulated penalties.

41212 Civil Law II: Obligations and Delicts

The law of obligations: definition and object of obligations; subrogation; transfer of claims; exercising debtor's rights; revocation; fraud; right of retention; preferential rights; plurality of debtors and creditors; extinction of obligations.
The law of tort: liability for one's own or others' wrongful acts; liability as the owner of property which is the basis of tort; compensation for tort; limitations; justifialble acts.
The law of management of affairs without mandate and the law of undue enrichment.

41213 Property Law

The law of property : definition and categories of property; registration of property; exercise and restriction of the owner's rights.
Land Law : land allocation; land reform; rights pertaining to land; issuance of documents of title; registration of rights and juristic acts; and stipulation of rights pertaining to land in some circumstances.
The law of intellectual property, such as copyright and patent.

Law of brokerage: law of compromise and settlement, laws relating to gambling and betting.

41324 Commercial Law IV: Partnerships and Companies

41341 Procedural Law I: General Principles in Civil Procedure

41403 Law and Social Change

General theories on the relationship between the social structure and the legal system; law and Thai society in the past; legal sanctions in society; law and different social institutions; society and court litigation; society and education and the provision of legal knowledge.

41404 Labor Law
