The Seminar and Training Center is located in the beautiful and peaceful surrounding of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University compound which offers its visitors a wide variety of convenient facilities services with about 400 comfortable accommodations (two-bed room and four-bed room fully equipped with the hotel-standard facilities and other services).

The Center features conference rooms in different sizes which are designed for meetings, banqueting and other activities from 5 up to 2,500 participants.  The STOU Lecture Theater can accommodate larger groups of 500-1,000 participants.  The Center also has a dining room (35-500 seats) and an auditorium (500-1,000 seats), karaoke room (10-20 persons) for entertainment activities with affordable price.

Guests using the STOU Seminar and Training Center will also be able to relax and exercise at the Samosorn Sports Complex.  The Complex is equipped with modern sports facilities including a swimming pool, tennis and badminton courts, and an exercise room.  Guests may also choose to relax and exercise on the beautiful grounds of the Rajamungkhalapisek Educational Park.
