On 20 May 2013, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, President of STOU, opened a training program to help Nonthaburi police officers improve their English communication skills in preparation for the upcoming ASEAN Economic Community. The five training groups lasted five days, and it was the first of five groups that are coming for training at STOU through August 2013.
