Applicant Qualifications

	1.	Obtain an upper secondary school certificate or an equivalent certified by the Ministry of Education; or
	2.	Obtain a technical vocational certificate in any field or its equivalent; or
	3.	Obtain a higher vocational certificate in any field or its equivalent; or
	4.	They must have completed Diploma degree or bachelor's degree or its equivalent from the university as recognized by the university council.
