  Applicant Qualifications
  General Qualifications
 
1.
Applicant with required qualifications must not have illness that will impede the study.
 
2.
The student status of the applicant must not have been withdrawn from the university due to infamous conduct. If the conduct was committed unintentionally or by negligence and an apology has been made, the student may return to study as the academic council sees appropriate. However, this is only applicable 5 years after the withdrawal of student status has been announced.
 
 
Qualifications Plan 1.1
 
1.
Applicant must have completed a Master of Laws program from a university or an educational institution accredited by the university council with a minimum GPA of 3.5 based on the 4.00 system*;
 
2.
Applicant must have at least 3 years work experience in the legal field;
 
3.
Applicant must have completed a dissertation or an independent study or a thematic paper at the Master of Laws level and have experience in doing a research with research results which is not part of graduation requirement;
 
4.
Applicant must have English language proficiency at the level required by the university;
 
5.
Applicant intends to produce a doctoral dissertation according to the requirements of the Faculty of Law.
 

Remark *In the event that the applicant graduated from any country using a different GPA system from that mentioned in 1, the university may admit the applicant based on the requirements set by the respective area of study or in the event that the applicant graduated with GPA lower than 3.50, the university may admit the applicant by requiring the applicant to enroll in additional courses of postgraduate program as required by the respective area of study or based on the requirements set by the respective area of study as approved by the university graduate committee.

Applicant must have completed a Master of Laws program from a university or an educational institution recognized by the university council with a minimum GPA of 3.25 based on the 4.00 system*;
 
2.
Applicant must have English language proficiency at the level required by the university;
 
3.
Applicant intends to produce a doctoral dissertation according to the requirements of the Faculty of Law.
 


Remark
 *
In the event that the applicant graduated from any country using a different GPA system from that mentioned in 1, the university may admit the applicant based on the requirements set by the respective area of study or in the event that the applicant graduated with GPA lower than 3.25, the applicant will be required to complete academic work or performance as required by the respective area of study which has been approved by the university graduate committee.
