     Just want to keep you updated about my new job. As you know, I (look/have been looking) for a new job since new year. So I decided to open my own dress shop. Then I can design my own clothes using what I learned. My aunt (rent/has rented) this place for over a year. But her business is not good. I (want/have been wanting) to decorate my shop in a modern style. I (also have/am also having) ready-made clothes for sale. I (spend/am spending) a lot of time and money on decoration and preparing for the clothes. I (also keep/am also keeping) myself updated by watching fashion videos and reading magazines. I will email the photos of my new shop soon. Keep in touch.
