From 30 November to 2 December 2015, Assoc. Prof. Jakkris Sivadechathep, Vice-President for Planning and Research, led the STOU delegation to attend the 29th Annual Conference of the Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU2015), hosted by the Open University Malaysia (OUM) at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) in Kuala Lumper, Malaysia. The theme of the conference was “New Frontiers in Open and Distance Learning (ODL)” and topics included new paradigm for open universities, technology as drivers in ODL, new research and practices in ODL, quality assurance in ODL and open knowledge movement.
