On 2-4 December 2015, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, President of STOU, represented an ASAIHL Administrative Board Member from Thailand at the Association of Southeast Asian Institutions of Higher Learning (ASAIHL) 60th Anniversary International Conference, under the theme of “Educational Access and Excellence”, hosted by Build Bright University in Siem Reap City, Cambodia.
