On 16-18 October 2013, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, President of STOU; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamolrat Intaratat, and Assoc. Prof. Chantana Thongprayoon, faculty members of STOU School of Communication Arts, and Ms. Rattip Phukkeson, Acting Head of STOU International Affairs, were invited to attend the 25th ICDE World Conference on Open and Distance Education under the theme “New Strategies for Global Open, Flexible and Distance Learning”, hosted by Tianjin Open University, China.
