On 23 April 2015, Assistant Professor Dr. Monwipa Wongrujira, Assistant to the President of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University welcomed 15 delegates from Polytechnic University of the Philippines Open University (PUPOU), and accompanied them to a meeting chaired by Associate Professor Jantana Thongprayoon, Deputy Dean of the STOU School of Communication Arts. The delegation from PUPOU was led by Dr. Carmencita L. Castolo, Director of PUPOU. After discussing on the Master in Communication Program and other possible academic collaboration, the group visited the Educational Broadcasting Production Center and the Office of the University Press where they exchanged information and experiences with STOU staff.
