On 18 February 2013, Asst. Prof. Orasa Pankhao, Acting Vice-President for Networking and International Affairs, welcomed a visiting delegation from Rattana Business Administration College (RBAC) in Laos and accompanied them to a meeting chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, President of STOU. The delegation from RBAC was led by Dr. Somphet Rattanasim, President of RBAC Group, and Dr. Bountheuang, Rector of RBAC. After discussing possibilities for cooperation, the group toured various STOU facilities to observe university operations and exchange views with STOU personnel.
