On 13 June 2013, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, President of STOU, signed a multilateral agreement with administrators from the Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education and the Tawana Hotel in Bangkok. The signing parties agreed to cooperate on the development of studies in hotel and tourism management through non-formal education, from vocational training and foundational or alternative study programs to a full bachelor’s degree program.
