On 26 July 2013, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chailerd Pichitpornchai, President of STOU, signed an agreement to help organize training for radio and television announcers with the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission. A total of 25 partners are involved in this project, including educational institutions, public and private organizations, and various professional societies. The signing ceremony took place at Century Park Hotel in Bangkok, and was the latest step in efforts to successfully implement the training project.
