On 21-25 November 2012, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jinda Khlibtong, Acting Vice-President for Educational Services, led a group of STOU staff and students on a visit to Hanoi Open University in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for a student cultural exchange program. This program was to foster intercultural understanding on language, tradition and culture between STOU and HOU staff and students as well as to exchange views and experiences on university learning systems and educational support services.
