On 7 December 2012, the STOU School of Law hosted a seminar titled “Constitutionalism and Democratic Governance as Fundamental Institutions for Legitimacy and Conflict Resolution in Thailand.” The seminar was officially opened by Asst. Prof. Dr. Panumas Kudngaongarm, Associate Dean of the School of Law, and it was held as part of ongoing academic cooperation with the University of New England.
