On 28 November 2012, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Somchin Suntavaruk, Distinguished Member of the University Council and Acting President of STOU, and Mr. Teerapong Sodasri, Director General of the Public Relations Department (PRD), signed a memorandum of understanding. The MOU formalizes the two organizations’ intent to work together in the areas of communication arts and resource utilization in order to make concrete progress in various operations, including serving STOU students and developing the ability PRD personnel in communications.
