  General Qualifications
 
1.
Those qualified from must not have diseases that interfere with the studies         
 
2.
Must not be retired from universities or higher education institutions because of their misconduct. If a students was once suspended for bad behavior but the offense was not intentional or was due to negligence or has reason to pardoned, he or she may request to be re-instated upon the approval of the Academic Senate once a full 5 years have passed from the date of suspension.
 
 
Qualifications Plan 1.1
 
1.
They must have completed master degree of laws from a university accredited by the Office of the Higher Education Commission;
 
2.
They must have a grade point average of at least 3.50 out of 4;
 
3.
They must have do thesis or independent study or a thesis in the Master of Laws degree and have experience in conducting research with research results, which is not part of education to receive a degree;
 
4.
They must have an English proficiency in the required level; and
 
5.
They must have a Ph.D. research proposal according to the form prescibed by School of Law.
