A visitor walks up to you looking very lost.

be on the right floor.
_______ You: Go straight, and you’ll see the president’s secretary’s office on your right.
It’s the third door. You can’t miss it.
_______ Visitor: Oh, thank you, yes. I’m Keith Hudson from Boston. I have an appointment
to see the president and I’m looking for his office.
_______ You: Once you’re on that floor, turn left.
_______ You: Good morning. May I be of assistance?
_______ Visitor: I see. I’m on the wrong floor.
