Bachelor of Public Health Program in Community Public Health

  Applicant Qualifications
 
1.

High school certificate (Grad 12) or equivalent recognized by the ministry of education; or

 
2.
They must have completed a Technical Vocational Certificate in the field of Business Administration, arts and crafts; or
 
3.
They must have completed a Technical Vocational Certificate in the field of Industrial, Agricultural, Home Economics; or
 
4.
They must have completed a Higher Technical Vocational Certificate in the field of Commerce/Business Administration,
Tourism industry, fine arts; or
 
5.

They must have completed a Higher Technical Vocational Certificate in the field of industry, textile industry, home economics, agriculture, fisheries, information and communication technology; or

 
6.

Certificate in health science or medical science or other related certificates with training program at least one year after higher school (Grade 12) including dental assistant certificate, pharmacist assistant certificate, medical assistant certificate, certificate in midwifery, health officer certificate, or medical science technician certificate; or

 
7.

Certificate in practical nursing with training program at least one year after higher school (Grade 12); or

 
8.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Science or equivalent; or
 
9.
Certificate or diploma in medical science with training program at least two years after high school (Grade 12) (including radiation technician, cytology, pathology, clinical pathology, hematology and blood bank, or other related certificates); or
 
10.
Certificate or diploma in health science related to health service support (including medical rehabilitation, medical emergency, medical record, audio-visual education, audio-visual aids, health promotion, health education, or other related certificates with training program at least two years after high school (Grade 12); or
 
11.

Certificate or diploma in Thai traditional medicine or equivalent with training program at least two years after high school
(Grade 12); or

 
12.

Certificate or diploma in public health, but not in public Health directly, (including dental health, dental public health, pharmacy technician) with training program at least two years after high school (Grade 12); or

 
13.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science (such as English, Environment, etc.); or
 
14.
Certificate in Nursing (2-year program) after high school (Grade 12) or equivalent with a second class nursing licence; or
 
15.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical Science (including Veterinary Medicine, Medical Technology, physical therapy, radiological Technology or other related degrees); or

  16. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Thai Traditional Medicine or equivalent; or
  17. Certificate or diploma in Public Health (including Community Health, Health Worker, Army Non-commissioned Medical Officer or equivalent with training program at least two years after high school (Grade 12); or
  18. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or environmental health; or
  19. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with a first class nursing licence, or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health Science (including Medicine, Nursing, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Health Promotion, Health Education, or other related).
   
  Remark:   Those qualified from item 1-19 must not have illness that obstructs the studies and must not be expeller or released from a university because of misconducts.
                    If it was not intentional or negligence and punishment was already made, they will be allowed to re-enroll upon the Academic Senate consideration. However, it will be 5 years after the suspension announcement of student status.

Bachelor’s degree in Thai Traditional Medicine or applied Thai Traditional Medicine; or

 
4.
Bachelor’s degree or higher than bachelor’s degree in Health Science; or
 
5.
Bachelor’s degree or higher than bachelor’s degree in Non-Thai Traditional Medicine or Non-Applied Thai Traditional Medicine or Health Science.
