Graduated a Master's degree in the field of Public Health or a related field or an equivalent qualification from an educational institution, and have additional qualifications as prescribed by the curriculum administrative committee; |

GPA in master's degree average of at least 3 .00 from the maximum of 4 .00; |

3. |
English proficiency at the level specified by the university; |
|
4. |
Have in hand a dissertation project;
|

5. |
Have work experience or achievement in public health or related fields with the opportunity to apply the knowledge and experience in the study; or |
|
6. |
Passed the consideration from the Academic Council to be admitted without prejudice to the preservation of graduate studies standards. |

Remark: 1) Applicants who meet qualifications 1 -6 above but whom the School of Health Science Graduate Studies Committee deems are lacking in public health academic background may be required to take additional graduate -level courses that are not credited such as 50704 Applied Epidemiology and Health and Environment Development, 53710 Management for Health System Development, etc.

2) The qualified applicant must also be free from any disease or medical condition that would impair his /her ability to study and must never have been expelled from the university or any other institution of higher learning on account of bad behavior, otherwise a reconsideration after the expiration of 5 years from the date of the announcement of the termination of student status. |
