1.
They must have completed upper secondary school or its equivalent as recognized by the Ministry of Education; or
 
2.
They must have completed vocational certificate course or its equivalent as recognized by the Ministry of Education; or
  3. They must have completed the technical vocational certificate course of any major or its equivalent; or
  4.

They must have completed a higher technical vocational certificate course of any major or its equivalent; or

 
5.
They must have completed diploma degree or its equivalent, or possess a bachelor degree of any major or the equivalent from the university as recognized by the university council.
   
  Remark:   Those qualified from item 1-5 must not have illness that obstructs the studies and must not be expeller or released from a university because of misconducts.
                   If it was not intentional or negligence and punishment was already made, they will be allowed to re-enroll upon the Academic Senate consideration. However, it will be 5 years after the suspension announcement of student status.
