University Council
The University Council is the highest administrative body in STOU and is in charge of setting policy and overseeing all functions of the university to ensure that they correspond with university objectives and state policies. In addition to supervising personnel in high-level administrative positions and ensuring regulation of the university’s finances and resources, the University Council also has a crucial academic role as all STOU degrees and certificates are awarded under the authority of the Council.
