They must have completed upper secondary school or its equivalent; or |

They must have completed a Technical Vocational Certificate or its equivalent; or |

They must have completed a Higher Technical Vocational Certificate or its equivalent in any field other than Commerce/Business Administration, Accountancy, Marketing, Secretary, Computer for Business, Finance and Banking, Human Resources Management, General Management, or Tourism Industry program in Tourism Business Management or Hotel and Service, or International Business program in Personnel Management, Insurance Business, Hotel Business, Healthcare Business, Public Relation and Newspaper and Printed Media Business; or |

They must possesses a Diploma or its equivalent or a higher level in any field other than political science, public Administration, Social Science (Political Science and Public Administration), Business Administration, Commerce and Accountancy; or |

5. |
They must have completed a Higher Technical Vocational Certificate or its equivalent in the field of Commerce/Business Administration, Accountancy, Marketing, Secretary, Computer for Business, Finance and Banking, Human Resources Management, General Management, or Tourism Industry program in Tourism Business Management or Hotel and Service, or International Business program in Personnel Management, Insurance Business, Hotel Business, Healthcare Business, Public Relation and Newspaper and Printed Media Business; or |

They must possess a Diploma or its equivalent or a higher level in Political Science, Public Administration, Social Science (Political Science and public Administration), Business Administration, Commerce and Accountancy. |

Remark: Those qualified from item 1-5 must not have illness that obstructs the studies and must not be expeller or released from a university because of misconducts. |

If it was not intentional or negligence and punishment was already made, they will be allowed to re-enroll upon the Academic Senate consideration. However, it will be 5 years after the suspension announcement of student status. |
