STOU President Joined the 21st SEAMEO SEAMOLEC Governing Board Meeting and International Seminar

On 16-20 September 2018, Professor Dr. Prasart Suebka, Acting President of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU) attended the 21st Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Regional Open Learning Centre (SEAMOLEC) Governing Board Meeting and International Seminar with the theme “SEAMEO Education Agenda for Sustainable Southeast Asia” held at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, Bali, Indonesia.

The objectives of the meeting were to bring together diverse education actors and stakeholders representing the governments of SEAMEO member countries. This seminar was the platform for the participants to share new learning paradigms and practices, exchange their perspectives in related with SEAMEO 7 priority areas issues and concerns surrounding education in Southeast Asia and build regional consensus on how education can effectively contribute towards the promotion of a sustainable Southeast Asia.
