STOU Administrators Joined the Open Education Leadership Summit 2018 in Paris

    On 2-6 December 2018, Professor Dr. Prasart Suebka, Acting President of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU), and Associate Professor Dr. Krisana Rungrojwanich, Acting Vice-President for Research, Innovation and International Affairs, joined the Open Education Leadership Summit 2018 under the theme “Achieve More Through Collaboration” at the Conservatoire National des Art et Metiers (le CNAM) in Paris. The conference hosted by the International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE), the Open Education Consortium (OEC) and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation of France (MESRI).

    The forum bring together group of open education leaders from government, presidents,                     vice-presidents and rectors from higher education institutions as well as experts and leaders from the global open education movement. The conference aimed to work together with all the representatives from all regions of the globe to contribute towards individual and global roadmaps for open education. The roadmaps were to connect, collaborate, and progress through challenges, innovations, discoveries, and results to purposefully advance open education around the world.
